No, I'm saying that managers and stakeholders in Toyota can inspect the assembly line at any time, and are in fact encouraged to do so. There should be no reason why customers cannot also inspect a product at any time, as you yourself pointed out.
I will agree that there is some benefit of a regular cadence of inspection as a product develops. This does not need to be tied to the same cadence of creating that product, and it most certainly does not need to be every two weeks like clockwork! This is a defining feature of a sprint - and no one has been able to offer any intrinsic advantage of tying them all together.
