I really like this idea to join together Design Thinking with Agile delivery. But in Design Thinking each of the diamonds has a divergent (left hand) phase and a convergent (right hand) phase. In your 3rd diamond, I can’t see how generating a roadmap of story cards is divergent? Would you be able to address this?
