I have a couple of followup questions / observations:
* Your PDCA cycle seems a lot like the Lean Startup build-measure-learn loop, so I wonder if you have a comment on that?
* It can take a long-time to measure the value gained by a solution, e.g. it can take quite a while to gain market traction. This would slow down the speed of the feedback loop, so I wonder if you have a comment on that?
