Great idea! It's a bit like Amazon requiring that every meeting begin with a document that describes the situation. Both a meeting document and a 5 min meeting time limit force you to prepare.

What do you think of the idea that all meetings should be 5 min by default, and if a situation cannot be resolved within that time limit then a longer follow up meeting can be scheduled?
