Cool story, but the obsession over story points seems to have mysteriously vanished in the second dialogue. It seems highly unrealistic that Ivar would suddenly accept a Sprint Goal and drop the velocity requirement for the Sprint completely. Why not demand both? Even for teams who use sprint goals in real life, they would likely still track velocity as well. You kind of allude to it at the end, but in the interim it seems like Ivar and the stakeholders suddenly stopped caring about velocity completely, which seems highly implausible.

IMO the real story here - which remains untold - is how Bjorn convinced the organization to drop their fixation on velocity.
